Selected Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow candidates can collect offer letters through 16 September. The PDF also includes post-specific waitlists.

Collect the offer letter from INMAS
Selected candidates can report between 10 AM and 1 PM, Monday through Friday. The reporting point is the Admin or Establishment Section on the second floor.
No travel allowance is payable for collecting the offer letter or joining. Employed candidates need a No Objection Certificate where the instructions require one.[2]
Bring originals and two photocopy sets
- All original educational and eligibility certificates.
- UGC, CSIR, NET or LS proof applicable to the post.
- Community and recent OBC certificate where applicable.
- Two passport photographs and photo identity proof.
- Bank passbook copy and the required NOC for employed candidates.
Document verification can affect the provisional selection. Candidates should read the complete signed instruction before travelling.

Is a waitlist candidate selected now?
No. The PDF separates selected names from waitlist names. A waitlist entry should not be treated as a current appointment.
