Eligibility for Land Record Assistant

Selection Process
Selection consists of a Written Examination of 80 marks followed by a Computer Proficiency Skill Test of 20 marks and document verification. The written paper is objective MCQ based and includes Mathematics at Class X standard for 10 marks, Conventional Survey for 50 marks and Modern Survey for 20 marks. There is negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer.
The skill test assesses English and Assamese or Bengali typing and practical computer proficiency. The final merit list is prepared from aggregate written and skill-test marks, subject to the prescribed qualifying marks and successful document verification.
