Delhi High Court Chauffeur Interview Date 2026
The High Court of Delhi issued its Stage III schedule notice on 19 August 2026. According to that official notice, the Chauffeur (Open) Examination 2025 interview will be held on 6 September 2026 at Delhi High Court. The Court also stated that details such as the candidate's reporting time, place and instructions would be provided through the admit card.
The separate admit-card notice uploaded on 2 September 2026 provides the direct portal where shortlisted candidates can download the Stage III interview call letter. Candidates should not rely only on a screenshot or third-party copy of the schedule. The individual admit card is important because reporting details can differ between candidates.

Who Can Download the Chauffeur Stage III Admit Card?
The Stage III interview call letter is meant for candidates who successfully cleared the earlier stages of the Chauffeur examination and were shortlisted for interview. Under the notified examination scheme, Chauffeur selection consists of a preliminary objective examination, Stage II driving skill tests and Stage III interview.
The Stage II skill tests included a driving skill test on a simulator and a driving skill test on road in real traffic conditions. Candidates had to qualify the prescribed standards in both tests before proceeding to the interview stage. Therefore, candidates who did not qualify Stage II should not expect a Stage III call letter.

|---|---|
| Stage I | Preliminary Examination – Objective Type |
| Stage II | Driving Skill Tests |
| Stage III | Interview – 15 marks |
| Final Merit | Marks from Preliminary Examination, Skill Tests and Interview are added as per the notified scheme |
The original advertisement states that there are no minimum qualifying marks in the interview. It also says preference may be given to candidates with proficiency or knowledge of driving automatic vehicles and/or a certificate showing completion of a driving course from a recognised or certified institution.
Document Verification After Interview
The 19 August Delhi High Court notice specifically states that document verification will be conducted after declaration of the Stage III interview result. It will be carried out on merit for candidates up to three times the number of vacancies.
Because document verification is a later stage, candidates should keep original eligibility documents ready even if the interview admit card itself does not ask for every document. The exact documents required at the interview and at any subsequent verification should be checked against the individual call letter and later Delhi High Court notices.
Documents and Items Candidates Should Check Before Interview
- Printed Delhi High Court Chauffeur Stage III admit card.
- Valid original photo identity proof as permitted in the call letter.
- Passport-size photographs if the admit card instructs candidates to bring them.
- Driving licence and related driving documents where required.
- Educational qualification certificates and date-of-birth proof for later verification.
- Category or reservation certificates, where applicable.
- Experience proof relevant to the original Chauffeur eligibility conditions.
- Any additional document specifically listed on the downloaded interview call letter.
Candidates should give priority to the instructions printed on their official admit card. If the call letter specifies an original document, photocopies, number of photographs or reporting restrictions, those instructions should be followed exactly.
